Consent to the personal data processing
I agree that Canipet s.r.o., with the registered office at Ve žlíbku 1800/77,19300 Praha 9, IČ: 17982812, (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”), shall process the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council:
• Name and surname,
• e-mail (hereinafter referred to as "personal data")
1. The aforementioned data shall be processed by the Administrator for marketing purposes, namely the sending of the newsletters to the person giving this consent. This consent is given for a period of 5 years. The person giving this consent acknowledges that the controller will process the above personal data for the duration of the consent.
2. Personal data shall only be processed by the Administrator or, as the case may be, by a person with whom the Processing Agreement has been duly concluded.
3. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or a letter to the contact details of Petr Novotný, Obvodová 9,19000 Praha 9, info@canipet.cz.
4. Canipet s.r.o. informs his customers that they have the right:
1. obtain confirmation from the controller whether or not personal data concerning them are processed and, if so, have the right to access such personal data and the following information: processing purposes, categories of personal data concerned, recipients or categories the recipients to whom personal data have been or will be made available, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations, the planned period during which personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine that period; the rectification or erasure of personal data concerning the data subject or the limitation of their processing or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
2. that the Administrator rectifies inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, they have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration.
3. that the controller deletes personal data concerning them without undue delay and the controller is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons is given: personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed , the customer revokes the consent and there is no other legal title for their processing, personal data has been processed unlawfully, personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law to which the controller applies.
4. that the controller restricts the processing of their personal data if they deny their accuracy for the period of verification by the controller, the processing is unlawful, and the controller asks instead of deletion for their limited processing, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose of processing, or defending legal claims.
5. that the Controller, at their request, transmit their personal data to another Controller designated by them.
6. object to the processing of my personal data with the Administrator.
7. in case of doubt as to whether the controller processes their personal data within the meaning of the above legal regulations, contact both the controller and the Office for Personal Data Protection.

I agree that Canipet s.r.o., with the registered office at Ve žlíbku 1800/77,19300 Praha 9, IČ: 17982812, (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”), shall process the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council:
• Name and surname,
• Address
• telephone number,
• In the case of self-employed persons, ID number, VAT number (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”)
1. The aforementioned data shall be processed by the Administrator for marketing purposes, namely the sending of the newsletters to the person giving this consent. This consent is given for 7 years. The person giving this consent acknowledges that the controller will process the above personal data for the duration of the consent.
2. Personal data shall only be processed by the Administrator or, as the case may be, by a person with whom the Processing Agreement has been duly concluded.
